Blue Card Information:
What is a Blue Card? A blue card is given to each athlete or band member after all items are signed and entered into their Healthy Roster account. Please note that in addition to completing their Healthy Roster account, all fines/fees, lunch accounts, library/text books need to be paid and/or turned in. The athlete gives their coach the blue card. The blue card lets the coach know that all paperwork and items have been completed by the athlete and the athlete is ready to particpate in sports or Marching Band.
Healthy Roster Documents need to updated yearly. A blue card is required for each sport season (fall, winter, spring sports)
What is a Healthy Roster Account? Healthy Roster is a program used by Affton High School to house all necessary paperwork required by MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association). This includes an updated sport physical signed by a physician, insurance info, signature page to treat injured athletes.
Who needs to get a Blue Card? All sports at AHS and Marching Band Students
What if I don't have a Healthy Roster account? How do I get one? To get a Healthy Roster account, fill out this form. You will receive an "invite" from Healthy Roster to create an account.
What if I need help with my healthy roster account? If you are having technical issues with your account, please contact our athletic trainer, Becky Stigen
How do I pay my lunch account and fines? You may pay cash to the office (Mrs. Wingbermuehle or Mrs. Dreon) or to pay by credit card using the parent portal on Tyler. All books may be returned to Mrs. Wingbermuehle in the office. Contact Mrs. Dreon here or Mrs. Wingbermuehle here for any questions.
