Four Affton citizens have filed their candidacy for the three open positions on the Affton School District Board of Education. The positions are for three-year terms, and Election Day is April 4, 2023.
The candidates, in order of filing and as their names will appear on the ballot, are:
- Jeanette Schoenberg
- Justin P. Carney
- Bridget Denise Sinamon
- Jeff Franta
As part of their filing process, the candidates were asked to complete a questionnaire so that voters in the district may learn more about them. The content is posted as it is received. NOTE: A Meet the Candidates event moderated by The League of Women Voters and sponsored by Affton Parents Club will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 7 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at Affton Early Childhood (9832 Reavis Road, 63123).
