meet in first base dugout at 2:30 dressed and ready for practice
Inclimate/cold weather plan: Meet in the upper gym at 2:30 dressed and ready for practice (no cleats in the gym)
Boys Volleyball: 2/27 meet in lower gym - transportation will be provided to go to Center St. Louis
Girls Soccer: 2/27 - 2:30-4:30 main field. please dress for the weather rain or shine
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR ACTIVITIES:
Q: What paperwork is required to play sports?
A: If you are participating in a sport or Marching Band at AHS, MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association) requires that all sport/activity physicals be dated
February 1, or after from the previous school year. For example: During the 2022-23 school year, a physical must be obtained on or after February 1, 2022.
The sports physical can be uploaded into their Healthy Roster Account. This is a program that Affton High School uses to hold all sports paperwork.
To get started with a Healthy Roster Account, please fill out the below google form. You will receive an invite from Healthy Roster to create an account. (If you already have a Healthy Roster account, but don't remember your password, hit "Forgot Password" -
(DO NOT TRY TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT)
Documents needed after creating a Healthy Roster Account is:
(1) Sports Physical dated and signed by a Physician (this can uploaded to your account)
(2) Insurance Card (this can be uploaded to your account)
(3) Signature Page: This you can sign digitally after you have read and agreed to the code of conduct and consent to treat documents.
(4) Pre-Participation Documents: To be filled out by the student.
(5) Update your emergency contact information

Q. If I don't have a phsical, but have one scheduled, can I still come to tryouts?
A : You may come to tryouts; however, you will not be able to particpate in any way until all documents have been uploaded and signed in the students' Healthy Roster Account. Each player, must complete 14 practices to be able to participate in games.
Q: When are tryouts?
A: Tryouts are held at the beginning of each season. For spring sports 2023, first day of tryouts are Februrary 28. Check the website for times and location
Q: How much does it cost to play a sport at Affton High School
A: $25/School year. A $25 athletic fee will go onto the student's Tyler account. Parents can log into the parent portal of Tyler, and pay their fee online after the teams are established.
Q: Do I have to purchase a uniform
A: No, uniforms are provided to the students. In some cases, students may be required to buy their own socks, etc..
After the season is complete, athletes are to return their uniform to their coach. If it is not returned, the cost of the uniform will be added to the students account as a fine.

A: There are three sport seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring sport seasons:
