Teamwork makes the dream work! 🧩📝 Students in Mrs. Sutterfield’s class were busy collaborating to sharpen their literacy skills today! 🤝 Our second graders worked together to unscramble and write sentences about their reading.

Science meets the Slopes! ❄️⛷️ Students in Mrs. Edmundson’s class are bringing the Olympics to life! Our young scientists engineered their own mini-skiers and snowboarders to test out on the "mountain" today. 🏂📐 By experimenting with ramps, they explored: ✨ Gravity & Friction ✨ Balance & Design ✨ The Power of Trial & Error It was a day of Olympic-sized creativity and hands-on learning!🥇🏔️

Coach Hurt is helping our students "step up" by adding shoe-tying practice to gym class this week! 🏁

It’s a small skill that makes a big difference in safety and independence. We’re building fine motor skills one double-knot at a time! 🏆🪢

Today we were honored to welcome students from the Affton High School Black Studies class to Mesnier! 💜💛 They led engaging presentations for our classes about significant Black historical figures and influential contemporary leaders, sparking thoughtful conversations and meaningful learning. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, passion, and leadership with our students today. We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn from you! 🐾

Middle School Mentor Day💜💛 Our students teamed up for tons of collaborative fun — balloon volleyball 🎈, puzzle races 🧩, cup stacking challenges 🥤, mystery bags 🤔, and writing kind notes to spread encouragement 💌✨ So much teamwork, laughter, and connection in one amazing day! 🐾
